We are very please to be fully open again but will continue to adhere to government guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and staff
Priority - Safety:
The safety and well being our our customers and staff comes first. In line with government advice we have undertaken a rigorous risk assessment for customers and staff. Some of the measures and processes we have adopted are outlined below for your peace of mind
Appointment only viewings:
To ensure social distancing is carried out as effectively as possible you will have your very own appointment slot. We are only accepting viewings if an appointment has been made in advance. Please provide you name, address and contact number to enable future virus tracing.
Test drives will no longer be accompanied, however appropriate insurance is in place to ensure you can safely and legally drive our vehicles if you wish to. We will require as a minimum your photo card license and proof of ID with matching address.
Reserve & collect & delivery options:
Contactless transactions are available. Choose from contactless pre-order reserve & collection or delivery options. To compliment the multiple car images already available a video of your vehicle will be available on request.
Delivery agencies will adhere to safe processes and will be using PPE in line with government guidelines to ensure safe and contact free transactions.

On site safety commitment:
Please do not visit our site if you or a member of your household is displaying any symptoms of COVID-19. If you develop any symptoms within 5 days of visiting us please let us know immediately.
Only one customer group at a time will be allowed inside the offices.
2 Metre social distancing rules should be adhered to at all times.
Nitrile gloves and face masks are available on request.
Please wash your hands on arrival and departure. Alcohol based hand sanitiser is on site and customer only toilets with liquid hand wash & disposable towels are available. Customer facilities will be sanitised after every customer group use.
Touch points such as door handles & light switches will be sanitised at regular intervals.
There will be no shaking of hands or human contact of any kind.
Sorry but we are no longer able to offer customers hot or cold drinks- please feel free to bring your own and we will gladly dispose of any disposable cups for you.
Vehicles will have the touch points (door handles, steering wheel, handbrake, main controls, keys etc) sanitised prior to your appointment or collection. We will also ventilate the vehicle for 10 minutes prior to test dive or collection.
Whenever possible documents will always be sent electronically.
Please make payment by bank transfer whenever possible. If paying by card we will ensure equipment is sanitised before and after any transaction.

Our normal opening hours are 9am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 3.00pm Saturday. (We are closed on Bank Holidays)
